The boys’ varsity lacrosse team had a riveting 5–3 win against Hillsdale, closing out their final home game of the season on a high note!
This match was especially important, as it was a make-or-break moment for qualifying for Division 2 CCS. Ultimately, Paly pulled through and secured the #1 seed in D2.
“On senior night, we didn’t take the game seriously enough or play our best,” said senior Sam Janik. “We won, but we should’ve had a better performance.”
Senior night had a great turnout, with the stands full of friends and family showing up to support the team and the graduating seniors.
“It was great to have the energy of all our friends in the stands,” Janik added. “Despite not having our best game, it was a fun celebration of the past four years on Paly lacrosse.”
The team now holds a solid 10–7 record and is expected to make a strong run in CCS. We’re excited to see how far they go!
