The Paly Boys Baseball team played against Burlingame at home and took a 4-1 loss.

Sophomore Kanghee Cho scored the only point for the Vikings, with the help of Zach Thom (’24) who got an RBI single that allowed Cho the run.

“[Burlingame was] winning 1-0 for a little and then we tied it to 1-1,” Isaiah Walker (’25) said. “But unfortunately, they then scored three in the last inning.”

The results of the final inning were enough to put the win in the hands of the visitor. Despite the game’s outcome, some players still performed well.

“Vinnie Braga [’24] pitched really well,” Walker said.

Thanks to the hard work of everyone on the team, the Paly team was able to hold off Burlingame for most of the game.

The Vikings currently have a season record of 9-8, with just 8 more games left in the season and just one month remaining.
