Last season, the Paly girls golf team dominated their league. Despite some games being close, they won almost every single dual meet and the only one they lost was against Gunn High School. 

Although last year, coming into the season, they weren’t expecting such a successful season, they managed to keep their attitudes positive and ended up doing incredibly well.

With their old seniors gone and the new freshmen coming in, they hope to keep the momentum they had from last year going. 

“Last year was amazing, my teammates were so supportive,” sophomore Emma Wang said. “I hope that I can be supportive to the newcomers this year so they can experience the same support I had last year.”

Coming into this season, the girls golf team is confident they can continue the amazing season they had last year.

“I’m really looking forward to this season and hopefully we can do as well as we did last year,” Yang said.
