For the second time in the season, Paly Girls Volleyball beat Monta Vista 3-1 last Monday. Starting to prepare for the CCS playoffs coming off of an almost undefeated season, the team was confident going into the game.
The team went into it with dominance and took the first set 25-12. Although the team lost the second set, they persevered and crushed the third and fourth set taking the win.
“It was a good game for us, we definitely had to fight through the game to win,” junior Cece DeFeo said.
After nearing to the end of the season, the team was hyped to have their last home game to be a win before senior night.
“It was our 2nd to last home game so I think it was a really nice win for us,” DeFeo said.
So far throughout the season, going 9 wins with only 1 loss, the team is feeling their strongest.
