The Paly girls volleyball team defeated Mountain View with a clean sweep on senior night last Thursday.
Paly started off strong and stayed consistent throughout the entire match resulting in no folded rounds to Mountain View.
“We played really well tonight, we were consistent and made smart plays,” junior Naama Green said. “Overall it was a really fun game and everyone played well.”
As it was senior night, Reine Schultz, Clarissa Lee, Ella Hunt, Sophia Yang, Risha Suvarna, and Kylie Yen were all celebrated, since it would be their last year playing for Paly.
“Everyone came ready to the game with a great show of heart,” junior Sophie Pan said.
As a result of the girls hard work, they were able to earn the title of the SCVAL Leaugue Championship! With their stellar 11-0 league play, they are now heading into postseason next weekend for CCS Playoffs.
