Palo Alto High School will host a Quad Night tonight involving cross-town rival Gunn.
Girls’ varsity will tipoff at 6:15 tonight following the JV girls game. The Lady Vikes enter the game with a 4-1 record in league.
The rivaling Titans boast a 3-2 league record making this an intriguing matchup: one where the Vikings can boost their league record, or one that can propel the Titans to neck and neck with Palo Alto in the standings.
While the Lady Vikes are undefeated at home this season, the Titans left the Paly court last year with a tight 41-39 victory.
Following the girls’ game, boys’ varsity tips off against Mountain View at 7:45 tonight in their Quad Night appearance. Paly, arguably the hottest team in its league, enters tonight’s game riding a 14-game winning streak.
On the opposite side, Mountain View sports a 10-7 record coming into tonight. Paly’s bigs Keller Chryst (’14) and Aubrey Dawkins (’13) are poised to have sizable impacts against an undersized Spartan roster.
The Vikings are expected to take care of business and extend their winning streak to 15 games.
