Paly Girls Basketball beat MacDonald handedly on Saturday, January 31.

Vikings won the game by 65, holding MacDonald to 8 points in a 73-8 victory.

“It was a good game for us to work on our fundamentals and plays and it was really nice because everyone was able to get playing time and put up points,” Sophomore Ella Hoy said.

After conceding six points in the first quarter to Macdonald, Paly held them to two points in the remaining 3 quarters.

Paly scored their season high points averaging over 18 points a quarter with 73 total points.

This was their second matchup against Macdonald this season after a 61-19 win.

“We played really great defense and we played together as a team,” Sophomore Ella Hoy said.

With this win Paly rises to 8-9 overall record and are prepping for a long playoff run.
