Paly Boy’s Wrestling delivered a crushing defeat to Gunn during their home meet on Thursday, complete rout with every wrestler winning their individual matchup.

The team went into the match having worked extremely hard throughout the off season, spending most of the year prepping for Gunn.

The victory was filled with impressive performances, capped off by an incredible display from Junior James Otuhiva, who pinned his opponent within a minute of their bout beginning.

“After all our preparation, being in the wrestling room 5 days a week all year long, we were ready,” Otuhiva said. “We knew we had our cross town rivals coming in and were looking to put on a show.”

Looking to keep momentum strong following the impressive display, Paly heads to Fremont on Sunday evening before a two week break from meets.
