The Paly Girls Volleyball Team ended their season on a tough loss in their first round of CCS against the Menlo-Atherton Bears. The final score was 3-0, but every set was a close battle.

The Vikings battled hard in every play, losing by only a couple of points each set. Senior Alex Franklin (‘22) ended her Paly volleyball career with a bang, getting two kills in the third set. 

“It went by so fast I am proud of my team,” Franklin said. “It’s been a cool experience playing with new people of different ages, it’s been an honor to play.”

Senior Hillary Cheung (‘22) had some amazing sets throughout the game, even though the team did not win in the end.

 “In the last set, we had a lot of energy which is something we struggled with throughout the season. I’m really proud of the team for working so hard this season,” Cheung said.
