Paly boys basketball beat Mountain View with another dominant 59-35 win. Coming off a few days rest, the team felt rested and ready to play.
“The couple days we got off for break really let our bodies heal from the tournament we were just in,” Sophomore Justin Fung said.
This game was the Vikings first league win of the season. The team hopes this win will propel them into a good league record.
“Getting this win was huge because it allows us to continue playing with confidence throughout the rest of our season,” Junior Kacey Washington said.
This win now sends the Vikings into the rest of the in-league season with a solid record to fall back on. With their rival game against Gunn coming up, the Vikings continue to prepare for what’s to come.
