The boys’ varsity lacrosse team won a close 6-5 game against Los Gatos last night in an exciting match.
After Los Gatos defeated Paly in CCS last year, Paly came back with energy and secured the victory.
“People had their doubts after we lost to Los Gatos in CCS last year, but I knew it was our game,” senior Milo Sabina said. “Despite the heat, we out-hustled Los Gatos, and with Sam Ewen’s inspiring speech, we were able to get fired up.”
Although Los Gatos wasn’t a league game, the team still delivered a strong and impressive performance.
“I was proud of the energy and hustle our team brought to win a close, competitive game,” senior Sam Janik said. “The win also gave us momentum heading into an important game against Menlo-Atherton this Friday.”
