Yesterday, Paly girls softball lost a tight game against Mills. Mills is a school in Millbrae, whose softball team came to Paly for the out of league game. The Vikings put up a good fight, but lost 13-15.

Missing a few key players, it was a tough game for the Vikings.

“We were missing 4 of our starters tonight,” said pitcher Cameron Toland (23) after the game. “It was definitely a difficult game for us both offensively and defensively.”

The Vikings have their final two league games of the season coming up next Tuesday and Thursday.

“Next week we play our final league games against Monte Vista and Lynbrook and [we] are looking to finish the season strong,” said Toland.

The Lynbrook game on Thursday is a home game, so we encourage the Paly community to come out and support our softball team for their last league game!
