The Paly girl’s volleyball team defeated Los Altos at home, with a clean sweep.

A clean sweep in volleyball is when a team only has to play three sets because they win all three. This leaves the competition no opportunity to lengthen the match.

“We played really well tonight, we had consistent energy and made smart plays,” junior Naama Green said.

The team played strong and smart throughout the entirety of the match. They stayed in control of all sets, keeping the points under 20.

“Overall it was a really fun game and we all played really well,” Green said.

Despite the difficult teams the girls have encountered, the team has accumulated a perfect record with a four game winning streak so far! The record reflects on the team’s hard work from practice and during their games.

The team has a successful season this far. The girls play Los Alto again in their next game this Friday at the same time. Show your support by attending their upcoming game!
