Paly baseball beat Burlingame 6-1 on Saturday at Palo Alto High School.
The team was coming off of split series against Homestead, and they kept their momentum going into this game.
Paly got off to a quick lead after the first inning through strong defense and well-hit balls.
“We played a good, solid game and continued to play strong on the defensive side,” sophomore Justin Fung said.
Paly is now nearing the end of their season, and hopes to use this momentum for the rest of the season and hopefully make CCS and compete for a championship. Palo Alto baseball plays their last games this week against Mountain View, and also hopes to compete for a league title in the De Anza League.
