Paly baseball lost to Los Altos 0-1 on April 2. 

After a long, gritty game, the Vikings were defeated by Los Altos. Junior pitcher Ian Johnston shares his thoughts on the game.

“This is a tough loss, especially after only allowing one run,” Johnston said. “Losing a game this close is never easy, but we have to learn from our mistakes and move forward.”

Though this was a tough loss, the team will not let it set them back. Junior third baseman Greg Lee talks about the team’s focus going forward.

“They took one in our home that we know we could’ve won, now we have a chance to go into their home and prove we’re the better team,” Lee said.
