On Monday, April 27, Paly boys tennis team defeated Santa Clara High School 6-1. This game was a huge bounce-back win after recently suffering their first loss of the season to Los Gatos.

“Our loss against Gatos definitely motivated us to get a strong win today,” Senior Malcolm Ginwalla said.

Even though the Vikings had a dominant win, it wasn’t all good. Senior player Alex Fu talks about his experience in the match.

“It was tough, since I lost my first match of the season, but I’m just happy we were able to get the win,” Fu said.

After a small bump in the road, the Vikings are back in the win column and are hoping to continue and start a new win streak.
