The Paly boy’s volleyball team defeated Fremont 3-0, on Friday.
The Viking’s record improves to 10-12 and 5-5 in league play.
Paly started the match off strong, dominating Fremont 25-16 in the first set.
“We knew how they were going to play, so we took advantage of that,” Arun Tamura (‘25) said.
This was the third meeting between the Vikings and Fremont this season.
Paly continued to stay hot in the next set, winning 25-21.
Fremont made a surge in the third set; however, it wasn’t enough to defeat the Vikings. Paly won the third and final set 25-23, completing the sweep.
“We locked down on our defensive game, and we came out with the win,” Tamura said.
The Viking’s next game is against Saratoga at home on April 19. They look to finish out the season strong with six games remaining.
