The girls lacrosse team lost to Los Altos on Wednesday, March 26, during their home game with a final score of 7-13. Although discouraging, this loss was a learning experience and good practice for the team.
“This game was a great way to learn through mistakes,” Junior Keerthi Raj said. “Toward the end, we held them off for the last quarter, which was great. Our progression and hard work was visible throughout the game, even though we lost.”
Sophomore Zoe Quintana highlights opportunities for strategic improvements that may help the team in the future.
“I think we should have been a little more aggressive with our drives and take better care of the ball in transition,” Quintana said.
While the loss was disappointing, the team’s ability to rally in the final quarter demonstrated their resilience and determination to improve.
