The freshman, clinched the match, for the team’s first league win, 7-5 6-2.
“[This year is] looking pretty good, we lost a star player in Nicky Hu, who now plays for Harvard,” Leung said, “but we got a lot of new players to fill the void. And so far, our team has played well. We almost beat Los Altos, one of the top teams in the league.”
The Vikings, now 1-1 in league, will face off against Carlmont at 3:30 on Wednesday at home.
