Are you excited for the 2012-2013 high school football season? The Viking sure is! This video is a preseason preview of what Palo Alto High School’s football has to offer us this year. It consists of footage from a scrimmage against Aragon and Woodside High Schools and interviews of several players and the head coach of Paly’s team, Earl Hansen. Get pumped for the season everybody!

Annie is a senior at Paly and joined The Viking staff last year because she's a fan of Paly sports and journalism. She plays for the varsity basketball team as a shooting guard and was part of the first ever CCS Championship team two years ago season. On the weekends she volunteers at the Palo Alto Animal Shelter with cats that are up for adoption.

Niall is a senior at Palo Alto High School and joined The Viking this year because of his passion and knowledge for sports and journalism. He plays soccer and tennis for the Paly Vikings. He has played just about every sport since he was very young. He is a huge fan of the Patriots, Celtics, Red Sox and Bruins. He loves dogs and music.
