Girls’ tennis fell to Mountain View by a score of 4-3, Thursday at Palo Alto High School.

The Lady Vikes now fall to a record of 3-7. Despite the loss, number three singles Sammy Solomon (’13) had high hopes going forward.

“Our team has been improving a lot,” Solomon said. “I think we have the ability to beat the rest of the teams that we will play this season. It’s going to be tough to qualify for CCS, but there is always a possibility.”

Head Coach Andy Harader hopes to lead the Lady Vikes to a rebound victory against their crosstown rival Gunn Titans next Thursday at Cubberly.
