Granola, fruit, and yogurt parfait

The Viking is starting its own cookbook of work-out  snacks and I get to be the lucky one who test-runs it.

This week’s post-workout snack consists of Honey-flavored Non-fat Greek Style Yogurt (zero fat calories, 11 grams of sugar, and 14 grams of protein), a half cup of ginger along with almond granola (45 fat calories, 10 grams of sugar,and 2 grams of protein), and 10 seedless grapes (zero fat calories, 7 grams of sugar, and 0.5 grams of protein).

Total health content:

45 calories from fat

31 grams of sugar

16.5 grams of protein
